We worked with Neil to design a campervan that could serve two purposes. First, he wanted to have an adventure van for him and his family to take on all their excursions, and, secondly, he wanted a mobile office to work out of anywhere he’d like. It seats and sleeps five people with the pop-top above and the larger dinette bed below that. We love working on different layouts and designs with new clients; it keeps us always innovating and allows the customer to have the dream vehicle they always planned in their head.

A Sprinter van with pop-top offers the perfect blend of compact drivability and expanded living space—making it an ideal option for travelers who want more room without upgrading to a larger chassis. The pop-top roof creates a second sleeping area or extra headroom, allowing for better airflow, added comfort, and multi-level living that’s especially great for families or full-time vanlifers. When closed, it keeps the van sleek and low-profile; when opened, it transforms your space instantly.
At ADF Sprinters, we design custom Sprinter van conversions with pop-tops that are built for flexibility, comfort, and long-term use. Whether you’re looking to maximize sleeping capacity or just want the freedom of vertical space, we engineer every pop-top installation with precision and durability. It’s the best of both worlds—room to stand, sleep, and stretch out, all in a van that’s still nimble enough for daily driving or off-grid escapes.
